In honor of Mother’s Day this weekend I thought I’d share a few of my favorite images that I shot just for me. I love photographing families and children and weddings especially. But, it’s important to me as an artist to photograph just for me. Nature is so fresh, alive, and beautiful! When I photograph things created by God or still life I get lost in it. It’s peaceful, refreshing, and inspiring. It’s how I stay fresh for my clients.
Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, mother-in-law, and all you other mom’s to which we have so much in common. It’s both the toughest and the most rewarding thing we do in life and so many of the small moments we share with our children, no matter how old they are, more than make up for the tough times. Happy Mother’s Day! You are the Lord’s cherished gift and hold the key to shaping our next generation! No pressure!
